Just weeks into the start of the 2015 climbing season, the Himalaya has claimed two new casualties. A Finnish climber and his Sherpa guide died after a fall while descending from Mount Annapurna (8091m) in Nepal on Wednesday. Samuli Mansikka and Pemba Sherpa were trekking ahead of the rest of their group when they fell, according to witnesses. Efforts are now underway to bring the bodies back to Annapurna Base Camp.
