Two days of free admission and a grand opening gala are the highlights of three days of events that will celebrate the reopening of the Southern Food & Beverage Museum in New Orleans. The museum reopened at its new address six months ago, but without all parts functioning. Now, with the restaurant fully operational, the Museum of the American Cocktail open and the Absinthe Gallery about to open, it is ready to show off its new venue in style. The opening gala will happen on the 17th of April, and two days of free admission will follow on the 18th and 19th.
