Ratatouille chef named world’s best female chef.

Helene Darroze, a French chef who was the inspiration for the Collette character in the Disney Pixar film, Ratatouille, has been named the world’s best female chef by Britain’s Restaurants magazine. Helene has a restaurant in Paris and the two-Michelin starred restaurant in London’s Connaught hotel. She will accept her award in London in June at the World’s 50 Best Restaurant awards.
