France to boost security at churches after foiled terrorist plot

On Wednesday it was reported that France’s counter-terror forces foiled a terrorist attack plan on a Christian church by a 24-year-old IT student. The PM has stated that it’s clear the terror plot was designed to target Christians in France and now 178 Catholic religious sites have been put ‘under special protection’. He also reminded people that France is facing an ‘unprecedented terrorist threat’. Read more: thelocal.fr
