It seems that no urban renewal programme is complete without a craft brewery or three popping up and Downtown LA is no exception.

The formerly empty-after-business-hours neighbourhood has boomed in recent years thanks to innovative architecture and great restaurants and bars. Now the latest addition, Arts District Brewing, is hoping to surf the suds and attract local residents with its beers, food and games including ping pong and darts. Read more: laist.com
