Dean Martin to perform in Las Vegas again—as a hologram

If your biggest criticism about Las Vegas is that you can’t see Dean Martin perform there anymore (not judging!) good news: beginning in 2016, Martin will be back in Vegas singing and joking—in hologram form.

Martin, who died in 1995, will make his postmortem comeback in high definition via Hologram USA, “Vanity Fair” first reported.  The hologram version of Dino will perform “That’s Amore,” “Everybody Loves Somebody,” and “You’re Nobody till Somebody Loves You” as well as comedy bits. As of yet, there is no word on where The King of Cool will be performing—or if his hologram will be holding a drink.

Not heading to Vegas but desperate to see a hologram sing? Hologram USA is also taking its version of Whitney Houston on a world tour in 2016 (no dates have been announced yet). The company is also working on Patsy Cline and Buddy Holly shows. Meanwhile competitor Pulse Evolution owns the rights to Elvis and Marilyn Monroe, according to “Rolling Stone.”
