The National Transportation Safety Board has issued a report saying selfies were likely the cause of a fatal small-plane crash in Watkins, Colorado, just outside of Denver last year. The report claims the pilot was taking pictures of himself and his passenger when the pilot lost control of the aircraft. The ensuing crash killed both the pilot and his passenger.
