Hawaii officials have released a video of a police officer issuing trespassing citations to hikers and warning others to stay out of Sacred Falls, a popular hiking destination that was closed to the public in 1999 after landslides killed and injured hikers in the area. The site remains popular, despite the closure and laws against accessing it, due in large part to glowing reviews from hikers posted online.
