After months of investigating the theft of Native American artifacts, police say they have found the cultural relics and funereal objects during a search of a home in Oregon. The home was owned by a suspected dealer in stolen Native American artifacts. Drug paraphernalia was also found. Police say an extended drought had exposed archaeological sites normally covered by water. Oregon law prohibits the removal of archaeological artifacts without a permit. Read more: oregonlive.com
