A flight from Delhi to Kochi was delayed by three hours today as the pilot refused to take off because of a ‘dirty’ oxygen mask. The flight, operated by Air India, the national carrier of India, was delayed on the tarmac as the pilot refused instructions from flight control until the emergency oxygen mask in the cockpit was professionally cleaned.
