CEO of Walt Disney Company, Bob Iger, let slip at a press conference on Thursday that the Hollywood Studios theme park in Florida will be renamed. This will be the second time the park has taken a new name: visitors to the park pre-2008 will remember it as Disney-MGM Studios, when there were working production studios at the site. The revelation came as a 6-year-old girl questioned the CEO at the company’s annual shareholder meeting. The new name has not been released. ‘We’ll announce that we’re changing the name but we won’t announce what we’re changing it to. How’s that?” the CEO said.
