An ice climber who was attempting to scale the Rjukanfossen waterfall in Telemark, southern Norway, tragically died after he fell almost 40 metres. Tourists who witnessed the accident raised the alarm immediately but rescue services were unable reach him in time to save him. The identity of the man has not been released, though it has been confirmed he was not Norwegian. Read more: thelocal.no
