An Indian yoga instructor has set a new Guinness world record in Hong Kong. The yogi set a new record in the ‘Longest Yoga Marathon (Male)’ category after performing poses for three days straight. The 40-hour yoga marathon took place in the teacher’s studio and was open to the public. He had also previous broken records for holding a handstand for two hours and 40 minutes and holding poses on a moving motorbike. Read more: firstpost.com
