Lady the gorilla celebrates her 40th birthday with a party at Al Ain Zoo

Lady the gorilla is the oldest mammal at the UAE’s Al Ain Zoo, and celebrated her 40th birthday this week. To mark the occasion, the zoo threw a birthday bash for her, with visitors invited to share a piece of her birthday cake and have a photo taken. Lady has been given a television to watch and a couple of rabbits, which zookeepers say she has bonded with. Read more: thenational.ae
