Haute Thai restaurant Nahm has been bumped to seventh place in San Pellegrino’s annual list of Asia’s 50 best restaurants, with Bangkok’s celebrated contemporary Indian restaurant Gaggan taking the top spot for 2015. Tokyo’s Narisawa, which uses French technique with Japanese ingredients, kept its position at number two on the list, while Shanghai’s avant-garde single-table eatery Ultraviolet came in at number three, moving up five notches from 2014.
