Javier Luna has been collecting Nativity figurines for the past 40 years, and part of his massive 20,000 piece collection is now on public display at the Palace of Justice in Lima until 15 January.
The project began when Luna decided to collect a manger from every region of Peru , and he has since expanded his sights to nativities from other countries. The display includes 200 cribs from several continents and vary in material from clay to gold; the oldest piece dating back to 1537.
