The first cheese bar in Budapest, called Paneer, opened in January in Király utca, which is located in Erzsébetváros or the Jewish Quarter.

The owners of Paneer first had a stand in the popular Karavan garden where they invented the famous fried cheeseburger, and they also ran a foodtruck on Budapest’s streets.  In their new cheese bar all food on the menu is made from or with cheese, from cheese soup to cheesecake.
