As part of an annual practice drill, a staff member at Tama Zoological Park near Tokyo dressed up in a snow leopard costume and attempted to ‘escape’ the zoo. Visitors looked on as zookeepers surrounded the runaway leopard with a net. One zookeeper was ‘injured’ before the leopard was brought down by a fake tranquiliser gun. Read more: newsonjapan.com
