Elafonissi
Description :
Tropical scenery in Kriti? Yes, there is: the small island of Elafonissi 100 m. from the cost of Kriti, where the water is shallow and you can …walk! And because of the depth sea is warm. Twenty years ago this island it was a small paradise but today offers became all “comforts” to the tourists such as umbrellas, sun beds, restaurant, souvenir shop etc. If you ignore all those, you can enjoy an wonderful day by swimming in the shining emerald sea where the sand is very thin and white with red reflections.
Starting/Ending Time : 07.40 – 19.00 (it depends the pick up area)
Itinerary :
- 10.00: arrival at Elos for a coffee break
- 12.30: arrival at Elafonissi. Three hours to swim.
- 15.30: departure from Elafonissi
- 16.30: a short stop at cave of Agia Sophia’s cave
Price : 30 € (for children 6 – 12 years half price).
Others :
Elafonissi it is not a deserted area as Gramvoussa and Balos. Here you will find a restaurant, a mini market, parasols and sun beds.

Transfer from/to your hotel or the nearest area and guided tour.
Details :
Excursion languages are English, German, French and Russian. Pick up from Panormo, Rethymno and Georgioupolis areas.
Duration : 11- 12 hours (depends the pick up areas)
Availability:
